		<description>dude...I jus joined a gym today, jus paid the fees and came back , startin 2marow. Im 5&#039;10 and 87 kg. I got lots of fat on my body and I really wanna get it burned. I live in Hong Kong, personal trainner are killin here, their hourly fee is not affordable by me. So pls help me out bro.

I watched ur 10 videos about fat loss, im a big fan of urs :D

Thinkin to download and have it on youtube to refer when in gym.

But i need ur advise, like which are the ones i shuld do, like u said in ur blog, one shouldnt b overdoin it. I saw ur 10 videos, so confused as to how should my 5 or 4 days in gym b scheduled with which all videos, can u pls schdule me a routine for my gym??, your advise will be very appreciated.

In the winter when its too cold to run outside I can hit the gym and get a full bodied workout, or In the summer I have the choice to do more outdoorsy things but since I don&#039;t have an at home gym I get to go to the gym for my resistance training. I also enjoy the gym for social reasons. You learn new workout just from seeing others around you and you sometimes can get new workout partners.
